Local businesswoman and ‘font of all Bramhall knowledge’ Wendy Green awarded Dzinr the project to design and build the I Love Bramhall web portal; a local business directory, lifestyle magazine and community portal, all rolled into one.
Planned to be the first of 23 similar portal projects for other community locations, Wendy’s vision was extensive and complex, vast amounts of useful information would be available online and updated daily, to help the local business and social communities connect and get involved with Bramhall life.
The portal would have to manage this large volume of content in a simple manner across an admin team with varying levels of technical ability.
Furthermore, the portal would have to function not just over broadband but 3G/4G cellular connections, be it on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
